Erka Hunter, MSW Intern
Therapist
My Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive partnership where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I work to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions while building confidence and self-awareness.
I support clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Using evidence-based practices, I help clients develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.
