My Approach to Therapy
As a first-generation American myself, I have a passion for supporting others in navigating their unique experiences. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and supportive, and I individualize my methods for each client. I am a strong proponent of your autonomy within the therapeutic space. My goal is to create a safe environment that encourages your healing and growth, drawing from my experience in diverse settings, including working with families, adolescents, and adults with persistent mental illness.
