My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I utilize a collaborative approach to address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflict, grief, life transitions, self-image, stress, and peer relationship challenges. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care, I work alongside clients to develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen self-awareness.
Through encouragement, empathy, compassion, and a strengths-based perspective, I aim to help clients recognize their resilience and move toward meaningful and lasting growth.
