My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a supportive, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe healing begins with safety and trust, and I work to meet each client where they are while supporting growth at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable. I am especially passionate about supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and major life changes. Whether you are processing past experiences or facing a current transition, I aim to walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and a commitment to your healing journey.
